The Easter Golden Rocks Hunt returns for 2026!

From Tuesday 7th April to Saturday 18th April 2026, families are invited to keep an eye out for 50 Golden Rocks hidden around Newquay throughout the school holidays.

If you’re lucky enough to find one of the golden rocks, bring it to the Newquay Library and Information Service where children aged 12 and under can exchange it for a special Easter treat, kindly donated by Sainsbury’s Newquay. Alternatives are available.

Location: Across Newquay (prize collection at Newquay Library and Information Service)
Cost: Free
Age range: Prizes available for children aged 12 and under
Please note that the Library and Information Service is closed on Sundays
