Visit Newquay Promotes Year-Round Offer at Royal Cornwall Show
Newquay, Cornwall – Visit Newquay, part of Newquay Town Council, enjoyed a successful Royal Cornwall Show, speaking with hundreds of visitors and showcasing the town as a year-round destination.

The team ran an interactive stand featuring themed giveaways from member businesses, highlighting everything from family days out to couples breaks and outdoor experiences. Visitors also got involved with a spin-the-wheel game, Newquay-themed quiz and free children’s activity packs, which proved popular throughout the show.
Despite some challenging weather conditions, the team had plenty of positive conversations with visitors from across Cornwall and beyond, many of whom were keen to find out more about places to stay, things to do and upcoming events.
The show also provided a valuable chance to catch up with existing members, as well as meet businesses interested in working with Visit Newquay.
A particular highlight was seeing people of all ages getting involved, as well as taking the Visit Newquay Instagram frame around the showground to capture and share moments from the event.
